Throne of the Four Winds is one of the three choices for tier 11 raiding in Cataclysm.  It contains 2 bosses, the Conclave of Wind and Al’Akir.  Its difficulty is comparable to the other raids in the tier, Bastion of Twilight and Blackwing Descent.  You can expect to find the early bosses in all three raids to be easier than the later bosses, so it’s normal to jump between raids during the early gearing and progression.
