Feats of Strength: Bribed!

Syvarian is on a roll! After winning the last Feat of Strength for being the first in the guild to hit level 85, he’s now being honored for completing our first Weekly Quest. It took 5 days, but eventually the bounty for killing some poor innocent Hordie hit 250g, so Syv just couldn’t resist.
Thanks for unlocking our creepy man pets, Syvarian! We appreciate all you do.
While I’m at it, I might as well post a Feat of Strength I made, but forgot about many weeks ago. Anyone who spent hours in that tunnel in Eastern Plaguelands killing critters, only to feel crushing disappointment when we realized the pet required Exalted guild repuation, knows exactly what this means:

Feats of Strength: Guild First! Level 85

We all knew fairly early on who was going to do this, but I just wanted to make a public congratulatory notice to Syvarian who ground (Ground? Grinded? Uh…grund?) to 85, beating everyone else to the promised land of heroics and battlegrounds. Not only was he the first 85, but his status as such has also helped the guild get started on a few achievements such as the Horde Slayer meta, which we are now so very close to finishing.
Grats on the achievement and all the fun you’ve been having without us!

Feats of Strength: He’s not gonna attack. He’s a pussyfest.

Hmm…I might have mispelled pacifist there.
Anyway…this Feat of Strength is being awarded to a fairly new guildie who’s already earned a place in our hearts. Zerokills the Subtlety Rogue has now hit the ripe old level of 12.
Now, I’ve seen these types of characters before, but they always seem to kind of cheat their way through the pacifism, getting most of their XP by healing or throwing stunbombs in battlegrounds. Noor is a perfect example of these violence-supporting shenanigans. Look at his stats! 16,192 kills! Pacifist my ass.
Zerokills, though, is the real deal. Not only has he stayed true to his name by avoiding any kills…but he hasn’t even done a single hit point of damage. A true hero, refusing to conform to this world full of warcraft. He may very well start hitting some rough spots in the journey, but when all seems lost I hope he can occasionally rely on guildie help for some XP-loration. And if all else fails…new old world quests are just around the corner in Cataclysm.
Well, congratulations Zerokills. This is an ironic thing to say to a rogue, but we’re behind you, buddy.

Feats of Strength: Strictly Speaking? Nope.
Feats of Strength is a new column dedicated to showcasing our guildies in all of their amazing glory. Sure…the game keeps track of all kinds of achievements, but there are some things that it just can’t be bothered with. Now we have a way to recognize these slightly more obscure feats and fails. This is not, by the way, just a shameless ploy to get people to visit the site more often, wink wink.

Hey guys…remember a couple weeks ago when I mentioned how high we were on Bronzebeard’s 10-man strict progression rankings? Well, after the recent Putricide kill, I decided to check them out again to find out if we were up to #2 yet. Instead, I found us ineligible for those rankings.
Now, we knew this would occur eventually, but I decided to check into it to see exactly what had happened. This was what I had found.

The truly amazing thing here, is that not only does GuildOx indicate that it was Walu that got us blacklisted, but he also traveled back in time to March in order to do it!
So for this incredible act, we present to you, Walutheblack, your very own Feat of Strength! Wear it proudly my friend and cheers!
Stay tuned for more Feats of Strength in the future…
