Do you know how hard it is to come up with puns about Arabian things?  I dunno…something about Arabian Knights, or uh…Lawrence of…I dunno.  I’m still sick.  Screw you.  At least the screenshot rocks.

If I might be serious for a moment, our healers really rocked it the fuck out on Chimaeron, scoring us a rather quick, clean kill.  Excellent job, guys.

When fire, water, earth, air and heart combine, the end result is usually a big dude who wants to clean up the planet and make sure you don’t smoke cigarettes.

When heart sits on the bench, that dude turns into a real dick.

So, the guild has been downing new bosses recently, but something has been amiss.  There’s been the feeling that something was wrong…incomplete, if you will.  You could feel it in the air.  You could see it on the forlorn faces of children and small dogs all across America.

But worry not, my friends.  I know the source of this sadness.  It is because we haven’t seen a single “screenshot” of our kills since Halfus Fucking Wyrmbreaker.

This must change.  So, without further ado, I present to you the first of three rapid fire, belated “screenshots.”  Ladies and gentlemen…V&T:

Alright…this “screenshot” is several days late, but damnit…it was hard to make!  Ok, so it wasn’t, but that sounds better than saying I’m just lazy.  Whatever.  Leave me alone.

This is a very special edition of Going Down.  This was a hard fought battle, with many confusing wipes.  Honestly, we still don’t know why the hell we can’t seem to tank the aberrations properly, but that doesn’t matter now.  Tonight, through a terrible interrupt mishap, we ended up with way the hell too many of those little bastards.  Somehow, through some divine miracle, instead of the grisly death we expected, our off-tank survived the beating and we carried on to not only victory, but a fancy achievement to boot Fantastic job all!

Tonight, we kicked the crap out of both Magmaw and the Omnotron Defense System.  I’d say something amazingly witty here, but we’re about to attempt Maloriak, so I don’t have time.  Wish your guild luck!

I’ll be honest…this edition of Going Down is two days late because I’ve been at a loss for how exactly to make “screenshots” for all the Cataclysm raid bosses.  I mean, really Blizzard?  You give me 3 element-based councils, 3 two-headed bosses and 7 dragon related fights.  How am I supposed to work with that?  Let’s get some more variety in Tier 12, ok?

Anyways, I had some strokes of inspiration today and ended up finally coming up with some ideas.  I promise Omnotron Defense System will be 100 times better than this…so let’s get those bastards down this week so I can prove it.

If there’s anything we’ve learned this week, it’s that The Censored Linguists are a bunch of procrastinators.  Not only did we wait until the last lockout of the expansion to down that Lich King fellow…we damn near forgot about the big purple dragon Deathwing sent to wreak havok in the Chamber of Aspects…

Well, I guess we’ve made up for that now, because tonight we went ahead and killed that bastard.  You know…for good measure.  I’m proud of everyone for what was a very, very smooth kill.
